Von IIoT, Industrie 4.0 und Big Data bis hin zu k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (AI), Smart Factory und Manufacturing Operating Systems \u2013 die Vielfalt ist gro\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fr\u00fcher nutzte man oft die klassische Software-Pyramide, um IT-L\u00f6sungen sauber nach Unternehmensebenen zu trennen. In den letzten 20 Jahren ist die Software-Welt stark gewachsen. Die Grenzen zwischen den Systemen verschwimmen zunehmend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">\u00dcberblick \u00fcber klassische Softwarel\u00f6sungen<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein kurzer \u00dcberblick hilft beim Verst\u00e4ndnis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)<\/strong>: Die zentrale Schaltstelle im Unternehmen. Sie zeigt Finanzkennzahlen und Prozesse auf einen Blick. ERP-Systeme lassen sich um viele Module erweitern \u2013 etwa f\u00fcr Vertrieb oder Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SCM (Supply Chain Management)<\/strong>: Steuert die gesamte Logistikkette. Zeigt z.\u202fB. Lagerbest\u00e4nde oder Engp\u00e4sse bei Material und Zulieferteilen. Moderne SCM-Systeme bilden ganze Unternehmensprozesse ab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MES (Manufacturing Execution System)<\/strong>: Plant, steuert und \u00fcberwacht die Produktion. Vom Auftragseingang bis zur Fertigstellung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)<\/strong>: Verbindet alle Daten rund um ein Produkt. Von CAD-Zeichnungen \u00fcber Materialien bis zu Simulationen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management)<\/strong>: Organisiert alle Kundenaktivit\u00e4ten \u2013 Kommunikation, Angebote, Kontakte, Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten und Marketing-Kampagnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)<\/strong>: Unterst\u00fctzt Vertriebsteams bei der Konfiguration komplexer Produkte, Preiskalkulation und Angebotserstellung.
